Potato are whole, clean, sound and wholesome, Free from foreign smell; Free from external and internal defects detrimental to the quality of the potato, including damage by pests, cracks, cuts, bites and bruises, Greening, rust stains, hollow heart, deep common potato scab are not affecting more then 20 percent of potato surface.Green colored (full or partial), damaged, cut potatoes are removed .Potatoes are properly brushed, free from soil, but not washed
